What a Session Looks Like:
Every client begins with a free initial consultation. This gives us the chance to talk about what you would like help with, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you feel comfortable working with me.
I’ll explain how the brain responds to stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and how therapy and hypnosis can help create positive change. You’ll also receive a free relaxation download to listen to at home between sessions.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll book your first session together.
Sessions focus on the present and the future — helping you move forward rather than relive the past. Through gentle questioning and psychotherapy techniques, we identify practical steps and positive changes that support the way you want to feel.
Each session ends with a deeply relaxing trance state, similar to a peaceful daydream. This is very different from stage hypnosis. You remain aware, relaxed and fully in control throughout.
This relaxed state helps calm the nervous system, allowing the mind and body to reset from stress and overwhelm. Many clients leave sessions feeling calmer, lighter, refreshed and more positive.
