Hatha Yoga is for everyone
- as I discovered for myself!
I used to be someone who didn’t enjoy going to the gym and after a particularly stressful period in my life I discovered yoga. It became a path to healing, strength and inner peace.
I’m not particularly flexible but yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose right away - it’s about the journey and growth along the way.
Hatha Yoga is a physical branch of yoga that focuses on postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) meditation and relaxation to balance body and mind.
