Our First Wellbeing Day
Our very first Wellbeing Day was such a joy to share. A wonderful group of women joined me, and together we began with a grounding and calming yoga practice. It set the tone beautifully, helping everyone to arrive fully, settle, and connect.
Afterwards, we gathered for lunch. The room was soon filled with laughter and conversation, and it was lovely to see new friendships forming over good food and relaxed company.
The afternoon offered time for deeper reflection and relaxation. I introduced the first stage of a solution-focused hypnotherapy session, giving everyone their own notebook to write down a particular part of the therapy session I would do for a client, before guiding them into a gentle trance. Nicola, Ritchie a Reiki practitioner from the Nrichment Room then shared the fascinating origins of Reiki, which was followed by a deeply nourishing and grounding Sounbath led by Elspeth Lewis from Pause to Be.
We closed our day together with a soft and unwinding Qi Gong flow — a gentle way to bring our energy back into balance and leave everyone feeling calm, restored, and renewed.

Hearing this confirmed exactly why I created this space: to bring people together, nurture wellbeing, and create moments of calm connection.

10.00am - Welcome and Introductions
10.45 - Ground your body with a calming mat-based Hatha Yoga Session
12.00 - Lunch!
1.00 - Discover Inner Clarity through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
2.00 - Be introduced to the healing energy of Reiki with Nicola Ritchie from the Nrichement Room
2.45 - Surrerder into deep relaxation with a Sound Bath led by Elspeth Lewis from Pause to Be
3.45 - Unwind with a gentle stretch and soothing Qi Gong.
4.30 - Depart feeling refreshed, rebalanced and renewed
