Indigo Yoga Club

I always find that whenever I host or attend yoga retreats there is a real connection between people and it becomes a space to feel safe and supported, to open up about life’s challenges and find that you are not the only one trying to navigate your life!

It’s lovely to have some yoga practice together which usually starts with some chit chat before and after but I have found that yoga retreat days are few and far between and over before you know it. So I have decided to create a monthly space where we can enjoy some gentle yoga together to release and move followed by a different holistic practice each month. It could be a Yoga Nidra or a restorative practice or even some mindful art! But it will include time to talk, time to stick the kettle on and enjoy a warm drink and of course - cake!

We have lost what our tribal ancestors used to do which is sit around the fire. This connection increased serotonin levels which helps us to cope so much better with life and it could make you some new acquaintances or friends along the way!
